How To Flu Proof Your Immune System
By Jesse Cannone

for sleepzyme at the end of this e-mail.

I know I’m not alone when I say I HATE winter. I’m no fan of cold
weather but worse than the weather is, the cold’s and flu’s.

Every where you turn someone is coughing, sniffling, sneezing
or worse. I’m actually at Dulles airport right now as I write this and
there’s a whole bunch of "sickies" getting ready to spread their
germs when we board… yuck!

Anyway, you don’t need to become one of em.

Here are just of the things you can do to make your immune
system practically cold and flu proof:

1. Sleep better and maybe more

Most people, myself included, typically don’t sleep enough and
when your body doesn’t have enough time to rebuild itself, you
are almost asking to get sick.

So make sure you are not only sleeping enough, but getting
enough, deep, quality sleep.

You can find 7 ways to improve your sleep here

2. Eat enough… of the right stuff

Most people underestimate the effect nutrition has on the body
and immune system. Start eating better, meaning more organic,
whole foods like fresh vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, fish and
meat. Notice I didn’t say pretzels, chips, crackers, soy burgers
or none of that other junk posing as "healthy choices".

3. Avoid / limit drastic temperature changes

One of the biggest strains on the immune system is when the
body is forced to adjust to big changes in temperature and this
is why so many people get sick during the winter months.

If you are outside and it’s 30 degrees, don’t have your heat up
to 80 degrees in your house. The more you can limit this the
better.

4. Wash your hands… and everything else

It absolutely amazes me the number of people, men and women
who will go to the bathroom and NOT wash their hands… even
after a #2…. gross! Come one people, when you don’t wash your
hands you do more than damage your own health, you get all
the rest of us sick!

5. Kill the germs

It’s inevitable that viruses and bacteria get into your body, but
if your immune system is strong, it will kill the germs.

One of the best things you can do to kill off viruses is to boost
the amount of proteolytic enzymes in your body. One of the
things these special enzymes do is attack and kills viruses.

And it’s no surprise that people who are taking Lifezyme Plus
experience much fewer cold’s and flu’s than the average joe.

Not only does it reduce inflammation and pain, but it also
strengthens the immune system and helps fight off those
nasty bugs. You can learn more about Lifezyme Plus here

I was trying to locate a spot on your web to tell you how wonderful
your product is and how it has changed my life. Here’s my story:

In 1991 I was diagnosised with a Chordoma tumor in L3. I had
several experimental surgeries to excise the tumor. I was left with
a bone strut that collasped into my spinal canal and left me with
spinal stenosis and a weak right leg and drop foot.

Because of all this trauma to my back, spine, and left leg, I now
have bulging disk L4 and L5. As a result of this, I developed
scaitica. I was in pain for 1 and 1/2 years. I tried everything;
chiropractor, epidural injections, physical therapy, pain medicines,
massages, ect. I was desperate and thats when I found your website.

I decided to try your product Lifezyme Plus and after 3 weeks that
pain was gone. I continue to take LP and my life is so much sweeter.
Thank you for your product. I never thought in my wildest dreams
that I would ever feel good again but I do!

Hi Jesse
I started taking the Lifezyme a week ago and have seen a slow but steady improvement in pain and movement. The mornings are the worst for me, even though I have a tempurpedic bed. But the recovery in the mornings is coming quicker each day, to where I can bend over wth little
discomfort fairly early in the day, whereas before, the stiffness and
pain would last throughout the day with little improvement. I have
prayed to God for help, and I believe He directed me to you guys. God
bless you, and I will check in periodically.
Mike

So whatchya waiting for?

Grab some Lifezyme Plus right now and not only will you reduce
pain, inflammation and stiffness, but you’ll also make it so you are
much less likely to catch a bug.

Wishing you happiness, health and warmth :)

Jesse
