I have made a decision. This morning in fact. I dug out my copy of the Optimum Anabolics by Jeff “the Muscle Nerd” Anderson. I’ve had it for about 18 months, and I did look at it when I bought it, but it seemed a little complicated to the debutante I was back then, so it got filed away on my computer. 160+ pages, but I plowed through them this morning (after doing some re-arranging in the house, answering e-mails and taking care of soem people on a nother forum). LOL, after saying that a 12-week program is too much, this thing goes out with 24 weeks - renewable! Still, not as bad as it sounds. Jeff gives you 3-week periods with change of pace, intencity AND diet cycling in 3 variables, so you really have 9-week periods divided into 3 times 3 (if that made sense). (3+3+3)x3 if you like. No calculations even, there’s a link to a spreadsheet that does it all for you (good, because the pages of formulas he has in the book for the math nerds, I didn’t understand at all!)
