That’s not a typo in the title, I did mean best ways and not best way. Because there is no one way to train optimally. Or … there is. Confused? Good  

So many trainers and "gurus" are telling us that their way is the way, the only way you’ll ever … burn fat, build muscle, etc. Some of them are just repeating something they’ve read in a magazine, some have really tried the program they claim is the one to end all search for your solution.
