In this F.ree report Jon explains in great detail all of the following ….

Jon Benson wrote EODD and gave it out as an e-book.
He then listened to his readers and clients and changed it to EODD 2.0 SNAPP! which is a … well, it’s a snap! Take a look here at http://www.myeveryotherdaydiet.com
However, no plan is perfect; no one plan is going to be the plan for everyone. Jon therefore told the readers of EODD 2.0 to feel free to adapt the plan to suit them, but more importantly, to submit the information of what they changed to him, telling him not only what they did, but why and also how it worked for them in terms of fat burning and muscle building. He launched a Challenge where part of the "work" to do was to report back on the feasibility of the SNAPP! progam, what people changed, and how this worked for them.

HOW TO
ADD MUSCLE MASS AND
BOOST YOUR METABOLISM
IN 5 SIMPLE STEPS
DAY 1
The first thing I’m going to tell you is so simple, it’s almost silly. You may not even believe that it’s true. Or you have heard it before but not paid it too much attention, or forgotten it somewhere in the meanders of your mind. In fact, most of these 5 tips are simple little things. Put them together, and you get a powerful tool.

And no, that’s not a typo. It’s literally a snap to follow, and spelled with two P’s for a reason.
I’ve told you about Jon Benson’s Every Other Day Diet (EODD) before, and both Lewis and I have been using the easy-to-follow principles for months now. What is it, half a year or more? Now, Jon Benson didn’t just sit back and relax, happy to have shared his EODD with everyone. No, he sat down and worked some more.

When in fact, you are the one already at, or getting to, healthy levels of bodyfat. There has been so much talk of this problem lately. I’ve had clients complain, forum members complain, and I’ve noticed this myself as well.
It seems there are so many overweight, fat and frankly obese people around, that a healthy individual is regarded as skinny, gaunt-looking, tired, with comments like “You look tired” or “Oh my God, your bones are sticking out!” and “You don’t eat enough”.

Let me get right to the point:
If you thought you had to give up your favorite foods in order to shed unwanted bodyfat, then this will be one of the most important letters you ever read.
Two "former fatties" developed a System of eating that allows you to eat whatever you like every other day and still lose all-the-weight you want.
No pills. No guilt. Just a dietplan for the REAL WORLD, developed by real people.

I GIVE UP !!
No, not on training, are you nuts?! But I do give up on an actual weight-based goal. Seriously, if I stick to that "133.4 lbs" idea, I’ll get so frustrated and discouraged that I probably will quit training, which is purely idiotic!
Why I’m saying that? Because this whole week my weight has progressively crept upwards. No TOM, no wrong foods or too little/much foods, no less cardio or weight training; everything is working perfectly, like a well-oiled machine.
My bodyfat is just as steadily on a downward crawl as the scales are crawling upwards, so that’s not the issue either.

That’s not a typo in the title, I did mean best ways and not best way. Because there is no one way to train optimally. Or … there is. Confused? Good
So many trainers and "gurus" are telling us that their way is the way, the only way you’ll ever … burn fat, build muscle, etc. Some of them are just repeating something they’ve read in a magazine, some have really tried the program they claim is the one to end all search for your solution. However, they are all wrong, to a degree.

Your place of work expects you in at a set time in the morning (usually, unless you work shifts).
Your break times are fixed by the clock.
You leave work to go home at the same time in the afternoon.
You get home, you have supper, watch TV. As usual.

3 weeks since New Year’s Eve already. Time flies, even in the dead of winter with storms, snowfall and rain.
I’m sure you are like many others, you have made resolutions for the New Year. Only, it’s not so new anymore. You have fallen into the "rut" of commute-work-commute-home/TV-sleep and repeat again. Not all of you, I know there are those who sat down, thought this through, wrote precise, positive goals and strong, powerful reasons why they wanted to achieve those goals. You are sticking to the promises you made yourself 3 weeks ago.
