Did I not post yesterday? Sorry!
I actually had a very good workout on my back yesterday. Not only did I go up on the weights, I even went up on the reps with the higher weights! It feels so good when that happens ![]()
Today I feel my pecs and shoulders still from Monday, and my lats and traps are tight too from yesterday. Abs and calves? Well, I did work them too, but do they feel as though I did? Never.
