
About that title, I’m not really, it’s just what people keep telling me lately. “You have to stop losing weight or there won’t be anything left of you !” Sure. Ever heard of replacing fat with muscle ? Evidently not. I walk into another store “There’s less of you every time I see you, you’ll have to stop !” Why should I ? Or “Where are you going to end, you’ll get anorexic at this rate.” What, with all the food I eat every day ? Fat chance people ! Besides, not eating has never been an option, I love food too much for that 
Funny though, comments like that could make someone actually stop. Stop watching their nutrition, stop doing cardio, stop working out, just get sedate again. Not me, no way, no more. I just let them talk. Some I try to explain the idea to, but mostly I let it go - even those coming up to the gym and asking for a program don’t really listen (only a few actually do, but do they follow up at home ?) so why waste my breath on those not really interested but more likely jealous.
