Most bodybuilders have the training concept down to a
science, BUT bodybuilders want more. They want to
know the inside story on all the diet supplements and nutrition strategies. My
beef has always been that it's really difficult to get the truth because the "sources"
always seem to have a financial interest in pushing a particular diet
supplement product. "Wow. Research shows our new RammaBol really
works!"
What is really needed is a review of all the generic ingredients contained in these supplements and some investigation into how they work in the "real world" ("real gym"?)
